The apartment is located on the 1st floor in a quiet location in a multi-family house with 18 residential units. The multi-family house is situated in a small residential area on the outskirts of town. Public parking spaces are available for free, and a private parking space can be booked for 30.00 euros per month (after consultation with the landlord).

Conditions/extras

The payment of the travel price goes directly to the host and can be made in advance by invoice, in cash, or by credit card on site upon arrival.

A cancellation of the booking is free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. After that, a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price will be charged. This also applies in the case of a no-show.
