The City Apartments are located directly in the center (pedestrian zone) of Arnstadt on the 1st and 2nd floors of a residential/commercial building. A bakery and cafés are in the immediate vicinity of the property. The apartments have been newly renovated in a modern industrial style.

Apartment ZIM III: This apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has a separate bedroom. It can accommodate 2 people (set up as a double or single bed). An additional person can be accommodated on a box spring sofa bed (160x200) in the living room, but in this case, the sofa seating area in the living room is not available. Optimal occupancy: 2 persons, maximum occupancy: 3 persons.

Bicycle parking is very limited (please register in advance).

Guests also have the possibility to do laundry (washing machine available in ZIM I + II + III). Iron and ironing board are also available. Public parking spaces can be found near the property (100m). Wollmarkt approximately 500m on foot for 2.50 euros/day. Bus station, train station, bike and hiking trails, gastronomy, groceries, etc. are located in the immediate vicinity.
