For Rental is a completely renovated, stylish, and fully furnished holiday home in Eisenach. The holiday home has 107 sqm and consists of 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a living room, and a large kitchen with a dining area. A 30 sqm balcony in front of the living room is perfect for sitting outside or enjoying a snack with a wonderful view. The living room has a pull-out sofa, which can also be used for sleeping by additional people. Televisions are located in the living room and all bedrooms. The house is equipped with a fireplace in the living room. In the bathroom, you will find underfloor heating, and all rooms are absolutely flooded with light. You will also not miss natural daylight in the bathroom. A travel cot and high chair for children are also no problem. The garden and outdoor area invite you to relax with a Mediterranean flair.

Conditions/extras

Please note that the city of Eisenach charges a tourism promotion fee. This is charged in addition to the accommodation price at a rate of 1.00 EUR/day per person and is collected on site.

Motorcycles cost 10.00 EUR, and bicycles can be stored in a lockable garage here for 5.00 EUR per night.

Pets are not allowed!

Host's cancellation/withdrawal conditions:
You may withdraw from the contract at any time. The withdrawal must be made in writing. In the event of withdrawal, you are obliged to compensate us for any damages incurred.

The cancellation fees are calculated as follows:
Free up to 14 days before arrival
From 13 days before arrival, 90% of the rental price
Already paid amounts and deposits will be offset.
A replacement person who enters your contract under the stated conditions can be provided by you. Written notification is sufficient.

If an official travel ban is in place, imposed by the country or state, all cancellations and terminations are free of charge. This applies to the termination of the travel contract by both the guest and the host. Your payment options at the accommodation: cash, EC card, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or bank transfer.
