Das alte und liebevoll renovierte Bauernhaus (BJ 1890) ist ein freistehendes Objekt auf unserem großen, gemeinschaftlich-familiär genutzten Grundstück, an den sich ein neuangelegter Garten anschließt. Der Blick auf den ca. 250 Jahre alten Lindenbaum aus dem Ferienhaus heraus war namensgebend. Haustiere sind leider nicht willkommen. Freies WLAN vorhanden. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vorm Haus auf der Straße. Kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe mit Schlüssel-Save möglich. Code gibt es kurz vor Reiseantritt per E-Mail. Die Lage: Obergrunstedt ist ein Ortsteil der Landgemeinde Grammetal im Landkreis Weimarer Land in Thüringen. Bis zum Stadtzentrum von Weimar sind es 6km, welche mit dem PKW, Fahrrad, zu Fuß oder Bahn schnell erreicht werden können. Ebenfalls verfügt Obergrunstedt über eine Zuganbindung: 7 min bis Weimar-Berkaer Bahnhof und 12 Minuten bis Weimar-Hauptbahnhof. Die Autobahn A4 ist in 10 Autofahrminuten erreichbar. Bis zur Landeshauptstadt Erfurt sind es nur 20 Minuten und Jena lediglich 30 Minuten.
