Description

This old and lovingly renovated farmhouse (built in 1890) is a detached property on our large, communal family plot, which is adjoined by a newly landscaped garden. The view of the approximately 250-year-old lime tree from the holiday home inspired its name. Unfortunately, pets are not welcome. Free Wi-Fi is available. Parking is available directly in front of the house on the street. Contactless key handover via Schlüssel-Save is possible. You will receive the code by email shortly before your arrival. The location: Obergrunstedt is a district of the rural municipality of Grammetal in the Weimarer Land district of Thuringia. It is 6 km to Weimar city centre, which can be reached quickly by car, bike, on foot or by train. Obergrunstedt also has a train connection: 7 minutes to Weimar-Berka station and 12 minutes to Weimar Central Station. The A4 motorway is a 10-minute drive away. It is only 20 minutes to the state capital, Erfurt, and just 30 minutes to Jena.

Conditions/extras

Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made after this date will be charged at 90 per cent of the tour price. A deposit of up to 90 per cent of the tour price is payable at the time of booking. The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. The local tourist tax must be paid on site.
