Description

Relaxing days in a small holiday home that you have all to yourself - you can experience this with us. The comfortably furnished house is classified with 4 stars. On over 60 square metres, you have a living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and WC at your disposal. Most of the rooms are on the ground floor. The 2nd bedroom can be reached via a staircase from bedroom 1. The house can accommodate 3 people. The spacious bedroom faces the forest and in the morning you will be greeted by birdsong. The highlight is the fireplace in the living room.  A flat-screen TV and radio-CD player provide entertainment. Free WiFi is also available. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cater for yourself. Electric hob with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment are all included.

Conditions/extras

Jeder touristische Gast erhält bei der Anreise mit der personalisierten Gästekarte die Thüringer Wald Card. Mit dieser erhalten die Gäste zahlreiche Vergünstigungen analog der Thüringer-Wald-Card z.B. in Freizeiteinrichtungen und verschiedenen Verkaufsstellen.
Für die Endreinigung ist ein Betrag von 30 € zu zahlen. Heizung, Warmwasseraufbereitung und Strom werden in der Heizperiode (Okt.- März) nach Verbrauch abgerechnet. Der Preis für Strom beträgt gegenwärtig 54 Cent pro Kilowattstunde, für Gas 110 Cent pro Kubikmeter.
Ein Hund ist auf Anfrage erlaubt. Für ihn zahlen Sie eine Gebühr von 10 € pro Nacht.
