Description

We warmly welcome you to our newly furnished holiday apartment. Our 48 m² apartment is located on the ground floor and offers ample space for one to two people. It has a separate entrance and modern stylish furnishings. The bedroom has two single beds and in the living area there is an additional sofa bed. The apartment includes an outdoor seating area with a sun umbrella and modern seating furniture. Enjoy the absolute rural peace for relaxation. The state capital Erfurt (18 km), Arnstadt (15 km), and Weimar (35 km) invite you to a variety of activities. Via the A4 and A71 motorways, other destinations in Thuringia and beyond are quickly and easily accessible. The proximity to the Erfurter Kreuz industrial area (18 km) is particularly interesting for companies with employees on assignment.

Conditions/extras

Our guests can cancel free of charge up to two days before arrival. After that, a fee of 90% of the total price will be charged. In case of a no-show, 90% will be charged as a cancellation fee. The guest pays 100% of the total price upon arrival. Wi-Fi is available in the vacation apartment, but the mobile network is very poor.
