Quietly situated on a separate property, ideal for 2 people, access to the apartment via an external staircase.

Combined living/sleeping area with integrated kitchenette in cozy attic style on 50 sqm of floor space, separate bathroom with shower and toilet, newly built, garden furniture and barbecue area available.

Calculated daily price includes the final cleaning fee of a one-time 15 €.

Conditions/extras

The landlord requests cash payment upon arrival. If you would like to take care of the final cleaning yourself, please contact the landlord.

The guest can cancel free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. After that, a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price will be charged.

In the event of a no-show, the same amount as the cancellation fee will be charged.

The guest pays 100% of the total price upon arrival.
