Our holiday flat is ideal for up to eight people and features two bedrooms, a living room/bedroom, a bathroom with a bath and toilet, and a kitchen with direct access to the balcony. The accommodation is also equipped with: a hob, oven, sink, fridge, microwave, balcony furniture, wardrobe, flat-screen TV, dining table and a cosy sofa bed. Wi-Fi and parking are available free of charge for our guests. Please note that this is a non-smoking flat. Pets are welcome on request. We are happy to provide a travel cot and a high chair, fully equipped, for €7.50.

Description

Holiday Flat II is situated in the centre of Erfurt. It has good tram links. The flat comprises two bedrooms and a dining/living room with a sofa, spread over approximately 78 m². The holiday flat can accommodate up to 7 people (plus a travel cot). The first bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed; the second bedroom has two single beds, which can also be used as a double bed. The sofa in the living room is a pull-out sofa and is also suitable for sleeping on. The kitchen provides direct access to the balcony, which overlooks the parking space for one car. Furthermore, smoking is not permitted inside the flat and is only allowed on the balcony. Parking is available in the rear courtyard, which has space for a maximum of one small van. Use of the cellar is available on request. Internet access is provided via Wi-Fi.

Conditions/extras

Cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made after this date will incur a charge of 90 per cent of the total cost of the stay. The host reserves the right to request a deposit and will contact you directly regarding this. The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. The local tourist tax must be paid on arrival. We are happy to provide a cot on request (10 EUR per night).
