The holiday flat is situated in Ilmenau town centre (in the landlord’s house) and has two separate entrances. It is a good base for exploring the town and going on walks in the surrounding area.
The flat measures 70 square metres and features a bedroom for two people, a large living room with a kitchenette and a terrace in the garden. The bathroom with shower and the toilet are separate. The flat was thoroughly refurbished in 2018/2019.
Guests have access to the holiday flat via two separate entrances. They can park their cars on the property. The holiday flat also has its own terrace.
Guests are welcomed in person and given a brief introduction.
