Our holiday flat is a self-catering accommodation in the idyllic village of Ruttersdorf-Lotschen, near Stadtroda. The surrounding Thuringian countryside offers ideal opportunities for walking and cycling. You can easily access the walking and cycling trails straight from the front door. The modern and historic city of Jena, 13 km from the accommodation, is ideal for day trips. Furthermore, from here you can reach Weimar – the city of Goethe – Leuchtenburg Castle, the Dornburg Castles and Naumburg with its beautiful cathedral in half an hour by car. A three-quarter-hour drive will take you to our state capital, Erfurt, which offers many tourist attractions. Stadtroda railway station is 2 km away. After a short drive, you’ll reach the A4 and A9 motorways at the Hermsdorfer Kreuz junction. Our holiday flat is a new, bright and very cosy non-smoking flat. It is traditionally furnished with modern wooden furniture. The flat measures 68 m². It has 3 rooms, including 2 double bedrooms with made-up beds and fitted wardrobes. The living room has a cosy seating area with a flat-screen TV, a dining area and a fireplace for the colder months. You are welcome to prepare your own meals and snacks in the fully equipped kitchen. When the weather is fine, you can also enjoy the lovely atmosphere on the balcony, which is part of the holiday flat. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hairdryer and towels for your use. Pets are welcome on request.

Conditions/extras

Up to the 45th day before the start of the trip: 10%, subject to a minimum of EUR 25.00; up to the 30th day before the start of the trip: 25%; up to the 22nd day before the start of the trip: 50%; thereafter: 80%; if the trip is not taken: 90%.
