Description

The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a 400 m² single-family house with a separate entrance. Since the house is nestled into the mountain, you can enjoy an unparalleled view of the Mariental even from this apartment and can see as far as the Burschenschaft monument. The apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed, a pull-out sofa bed in the living room, and a bed in the kitchen (which could be used by 1-2 children). The kitchen is large and spacious, equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, stove, refrigerator, and washing machine. A special highlight is the grotto adjacent to the kitchen, which has been carved into the mountain rock. With its constant 12 degrees, it serves as a wine cellar. Additionally, the apartment has a bathroom with a shower. Outside, you can relax in the greenery (for 6 people). Children have the opportunity to use the trampoline.
