Both apartments are allergy-friendly, with special bedding available on request. Large skylights let in plenty of sunlight, and shading ensures comfortable temperatures even in midsummer. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating, and a wood-burning stove provides comfort on cool days. The sleeping loft – gallery with up to 4 sleeping places – is accessible via a staircase, secured with a handrail and stair gate. There is an outdoor seating area and a small playground in the garden.

Description

This is a vacation! Good living climate, high-quality modern and allergy-friendly equipment, underfloor heating, a wood-burning stove, a sleeping loft for children... and just a few steps away you are in the natural paradise and hiking area of the Drei Gleichen. Our half-timbered house was newly built in 2014. In the evenings, you can sit comfortably on the terrace in the greenery, a play tower for small children is right next to it. In the village, you can enjoy good dining, admire beautiful listed half-timbered houses, visit the Otto Knöpfer House with changing exhibitions, or the riding stable, make a stop at the playground on the way to the forest, visit the Wachsenburg or the castle ruins "Mühlburg" and "Wanderslebener Gleiche," or... simply take a deep breath and enjoy this wonderful natural paradise...

Conditions/extras

We are happy to provide a baby crib and a high chair. One parking space per apartment is available at the house. Additional parking is available on the public main streets. Pets are allowed only on request! Washing machine use is possible on request (subject to availability).

The guest can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. After that, a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price will be charged. In the event of a no-show, 100% will be charged as a cancellation fee. The guest pays 100% of the total price upon arrival or arranges the payment directly with the host.
