Description

Sie wohnen in einem denkmalsgeschützten Jugendstilhaus. Die abgeschlossene 100m³ große Ferienwohnung ist mit 4 Sternen klassifiziert und sehr gut ausgestattet. Inbegriffen sind die Endreinigung, Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Weitere Wäsche können Sie gerne erhalten, diese ist aber kostenpflichtig.
Von der beheizten Loggia genießen Sie den herrlichen Panoramablick auf die Berge. Nur wenige Meter benötigen Sie zum Stadtzentrum, den Trinkpavillions mit heilenden Mineralwasser und den Kneipptretbecken. Unser Hausgarten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten auf der Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Auch ein abgeschlossener Rad und Skiraum vorhanden. Wanderer haben einen sehr guten Ausgangspunkt zum Rennsteig.

Conditions/extras

Ort erhebt Kurtaxe EUR 1,90 pro Person/Nacht. Frühstück pro Person EUR 7,50/Tag. Gepäcktransfer EUR 2,00/Stück. Personentransfer EUR 1,00/Person. Brötchenservice möglich.

Cancellations: Until the 45. day prior arrival 10%, at least EUR 25.00; until the 30. day prior arrival 25%; until the 22. day prior arrival 50%; afterwards 80%; in case of a no-show 90% will be charged.

Your host may ask for a deposit and will get in touch with you directly. Please note that the prices do not include the visitor´s tax.
