During your stay, enjoy the historic half-timbered atmosphere and the peace and quiet of the village. The holiday flat is situated on the first floor in the annexe of the main house and has its own entrance via an external staircase. You’ll find a living room overlooking the neighbouring garden, a bedroom with a sofa bed for two people and a kitchenette with a gas hob. A further double bedroom completes the flat. The small bathroom with shower and toilet is tucked away behind a sliding door. An additional room with two beds can be booked as an extra. You’ll find a varied selection of books in the bookcase. In the record collection in the living room, you can discover music, radio plays or fairy tales. The holiday flat can be connected to the second holiday flat (sleeps 4–8) via a small corridor.
During the cider-making season from September to early November, you can experience the juice-making process first-hand. Unfortunately, operational noise may also reach the holiday flat on some working days during this period. We ask for your understanding.

The Heuboden holiday flat is situated in the converted attic of the stable building and is accessed via a separate entrance and an internal staircase. It offers a cosy atmosphere with period farmhouse furniture and antique fittings. You’ll find a bedroom with four beds and a sleeping loft in the gable end, accessible via a ladder from the living room, with four mattresses for extra beds. In the second loft, there’s a reading corner with books and armchairs. The vinyl record collection in the living room offers a treat for music lovers. The wall heating or the small stove provide cosy warmth. The bathroom has an artistically designed shower and a washing machine. This holiday flat can be connected to the second holiday flat (2–4 people) via a small corridor.

Mit dem Komfort heutiger Tage wie Wasserleitung, Innentoilette und Heizung erleben Sie eine wohltuende Atmosphäre von Fachwerk und Lehm. In Röttelmisch, einem kleinen Dorf im Reinstädter Grund, finden Sie Ruhe und Entspannung, freundliche Menschen und Einblicke in die Obstweinherstellung.

Die zwei Ferienwohnungen für bis zu 12 Personen befinden sich im Dachgeschoss des Stallgebäudes bzw. in der 1. Etage im Anbau des Wohnhauses. Die im Stile eines Bauernhauses ausgewählte Ausstattung entführt in eine andere Zeit. Spiele, Bücher und die Schallpalttensammlung bieten Unterhaltung für die ganze Familie. Die Fachwerklaube lädt zum Frühstück im Grünen ein. Genießen Sie Saft und Wein aus der hofeigenen Obstweinkellerei.

Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung sind die Leuchtenburg bei Kahla, die Jagdanlage Rieseneck, mittelalterliche Kemenaten oder das Schloss Großkochberg. Die Kulturstädte Jena, Weimar und Rudolstadt bieten Theater, Schlösser und Gärten.
Die Porzellanstraße, die Saalehorizontale, die UNESCO-Welterbestätten Bauhaus und Klassik Weimar und zahlreiche Museen im Tourismusgebiet Saale-Unstrut, und vor allem die schöne Landschaft bieten vielseitige Ziele für Ausflüge.

Cancellation fees:
Should the flat not be re-let for the booked period, we will charge the following cancellation fees in the event of cancellation:

- up to 30 days before the arrival date: no charge
- from 29 days to 15 days before the day of arrival: 30% of the rental price
- from 14 days before the arrival date: 80% of the total amount.

Please note that you can take out travel cancellation insurance.
