Pets are not permitted. All shopping facilities are nearby; the Atrium is 15 minutes’ walk away; there are good transport links to many sights and attractions in Thuringia and the Thuringian Forest; cycling and walking trails start right from the hotel.
In the event that the customer does not take up the booking, the hotel shall offset the income from re-letting these rooms, as well as the expenses saved. If the rooms are not let to other guests, the hotel may demand the contractually agreed payment and apply a flat-rate deduction for the hotel’s saved expenses. In this case, the guest is obliged to pay at least 80% of the contractually agreed price for overnight stays, with or without breakfast. The guest is free to provide evidence that the aforementioned claim has not arisen, or has not arisen to the extent claimed. The host reserves the right to request a deposit and will contact you directly in this regard. The prices quoted do not include the local cultural contribution. The local cultural contribution, as customary in the area, must be paid on site.
