The A&O Weimar opened in autumn 2014 to great anticipation from our guests. Located 900 metres north of the main railway station, the A&O Weimar is within easy walking distance. Our guests can look forward to 135 rooms in the hotel and hostel sections, all meeting the usual A&O standard with en-suite shower and toilet, divided into comfortable single, double, family and shared rooms. The historic old town, with its numerous sights, is just a short walk away, making the A&O Weimar the perfect choice whether you’re travelling by train, bus or car. You can look forward to modern rooms and a 24-hour reception with a lobby bar, where you can enjoy delicious coffee specialities or light snacks. We recommend taking a little break in our in-house reading corner or relaxing with a game of billiards or table football. The A&O Weimar offers numerous meeting rooms and its own bus and car parking facilities on the hotel grounds.

Individual travellers: The following applies to direct bookings made by the end customer with a&o GmbH:
Unless otherwise agreed, the booking may be cancelled free of charge until 6.00 pm (local time at the hotel/hostel) on the day of arrival
(see also §6, paragraph 2). Unless otherwise agreed, discounts, specials or promotional offers
cannot be cancelled. This applies in particular to the discounted ‘FIX-Rate’ bookable on the a&o website. No refund will be made in such cases, as the deduction for saved expenses is already factored into the discounted price. a&o
GmbH recommends that the customer takes out travel cancellation insurance. The customer is free to provide evidence
that the aforementioned claim has not arisen or has not arisen to the extent claimed. For bookings made through third parties (e.g.
tour operators), the cancellation terms published by those parties shall apply.
Groups of 10* or more people:
- free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival
- up to 2 weeks before arrival: 50% of the agreed total price
- up to 8 days before arrival: 75% of the agreed total price
- from the 7th day before arrival: 90% of the agreed total price
Groups of 20* or more people:
- Up to 8 weeks before arrival: free of charge
- Up to 4 weeks before arrival: 50% of the agreed total price
- Up to 8 days before arrival: 75% of the agreed total price
- from the 7th day before arrival: 90% of the agreed total price
