Holiday flat A2 measures 70 square metres and comprises a large living room, a bedroom and a hallway. As with flat A1, the rooms feature solid wood parquet flooring. There is also a tiled kitchen and a bathroom with marble tiles. All rooms can be heated via underfloor heating. In the living room, you’ll find a cosy sofa and a comfortable armchair. There is also a pull-out sofa (1.4 x 2 m) for additional sleeping space. The standard media equipment here also includes an LED TV, a Blu-ray player with a 2.1 sound system and a Wi-Fi hotspot. You can access an extensive collection of radio plays and audiobooks via a USB stick. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, essential for a healthy and restful night’s sleep. You can adjust the level of light to suit your preferences and habits using the roller blind, and control the flow of fresh air via the large double window. Bed linen is, of course, included. The bathroom has a bath with a real glass shower door, a heated towel rail, a washbasin with an illuminated mirror and a large bathroom cupboard. Towels are included. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available to our A2 guests on request in a separate room. The terrace of holiday flat A2 is ideal for a cosy breakfast outdoors or for relaxing in the evening. And as smoking is not permitted inside this flat either, this is also the place to enjoy a cigarette, a pipe or a cigar whilst on holiday. Pets are welcome on request.

The holiday flat measures 72 square metres. It features a large, sunny living room with a very spacious kitchen and sleeping accommodation for a third person (a pull-out sofa measuring 1.40 m × 2 m). The entire living area is fitted with solid wood parquet flooring, whilst the kitchen area features marble tiles. Underfloor heating is provided. Not only do the cosy sofa and the recliner allow you to enjoy moments of relaxation, but you can also treat your ears to a 2.1 sound system. The basic multimedia facilities are rounded off by an LED TV, a Blu-ray player and a Wi-Fi hotspot. For those who prefer the analogue world, there are plenty of books available. The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped. Windows and roller shutters in the bedroom allow you to sleep with the windows open or closed, or in a light or dark environment. Bed linen is included. The flat’s bathroom has a comfortable bath and a heated towel rail. A large skylight provides plenty of light and good ventilation. There’s also a washing machine with a tumble dryer function. Towels are included. It’s not that we have anything against smokers – no, certainly not – but please do not smoke inside the flat. The partially covered balcony, with a table and chairs, is not only ideal for sunbathing or dining, but also a suitable spot for a cigarette. Pets are welcome on request.
