Die Ausstattung umfasst eine Küche (Herd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Töpfe, Geschirr, Besteck), Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, DVD, Kamin, Kaminholz. Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Einbauschränken. Bad mit Eckbadewanne mit Dusche. Terrasse 30 qm und Gartenmöbel, sowie Grill. Zentralheizung. Bettwäsche, Handtüscher, Badetüscher. Eigener Zugang, ruhige Lage. Gerne stellen wir ein Kinderreisebett und einen Hochstuhl für 7,50€ mit Komplettausstattung zur Verfügung. Haustiere sind auf Anfrage willkommen.

Description

Die Ferienwohnung Geratal bietet Ihnen optimale Möglichkeiten für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt im grünen Gürtel der Landshauptstadt Erfurt. 
Die Wohnung eignet sich optimal für 1-4 Personen und befindet sich mit eigenem Zugang in ruhiger Lage. Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich im Hof.
In der Umgebung gibt es unter anderem einen Supermarkt mit Bäcker und Fleischer, eine Sparkasse mit Geldautomat und einen Zahnarzt. Die Wohnung eignet sich optimal, um die Umgebung zu Fuß auf Wanderwegen oder mit dem Rad auf dem Geraradweg zu erkunden. Zudem befinden sich in der Nähe eine Bushaltestelle (ca. stündlich Busse ins Stadtzentrum von Erfurt) und ein Bahnhof (stündlich Züge nach Erfurt, Weimar, Eisenach und in den Thüringer Wald). Babybett/Hochstuhl gegen Aufpreis auf Anfrage möglich.
