Schönes, modernes Ferienhaus. Über mehrere Etagen verteilt bietet es Ihnen auf 120 qm viel Platz und ist für maximal 4 Personen ausgestattet. Durch die offenen Treppen ist das Ferienhaus nicht für Kleinkinder geeignet. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Wohnzimmer, die Küche und das separate WC. Im Obergeschoss stehen Ihnen zwei Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und ein kleines Lesezimmer. Eines der beiden Schlafzimmer ist mit Flachbild-TV ausgestattet. Im Untergeschoss befindet sich ein Badezimmer mit einer ebenerdigen Dusche. WCs sind auf jeder Ebene vorhanden. Eines der beiden Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Bett in der Größe 180x200cm ausgestattet und das zweite Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Bett in der Größe 180x190cm ausgestattet. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet.

Unser Ferienhaus wurde bis Juni 2018 Grundsaniert und modernisiert und bietet Ihnen jetzt jede Menge Annehmlichkeiten. Es wurde mit viel Herz und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sie erhalten kostenfreies WLAN. Hinterm Haus befindet sich ein kleiner Garten mit einer Sitzgruppe und einem Holzkohlengrill, um einen schönen Tag perfekt ausklingen zu lassen. Im Untergeschoss befindet sich ein Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Trockner, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen/Brett. Das Ferienhaus ist durch die offene Treppe nicht für Kleinkinder geeignet.

Conditions/extras

Until the 45th day prior arrival 10%, at least EUR 25.00; until the 30th day prior arrival 25%; until the 22th day prior arrival 50%; afterwards 80%; in case of a no-show 90% will be charged.
