The bright, high-quality furnished apartment comfortably accommodates up to four adults. From the entrance area, a wide wooden staircase leads to the open living and dining area with an integrated, well-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, induction stove with four cooking zones, oven, dishwasher). A sliding door in the wide glass front on the south side allows access to the 16 sqm roof terrace.

The apartment also includes a separate bedroom with a double bed and a second room with a wide pull-out sofa bed and a desk. Upon request, a travel cot for a child can also be set up (40 euros/night).

The comfortable bathroom features a large shower with overhead shower, bathtub, sink, as well as a bathroom and mirror cabinet. The toilet and a washing machine are located opposite in a separate room. Underfloor heating ensures pleasantly warm rooms.
