The Grand Hotel Russischer Hof has been one of Germany’s most historic hotels since 1805. With over 200 years of history and a central location in Weimar’s historic old town, just a 2-minute walk from the German National Theatre, the new Bauhaus Museum and all the major museums, it ranks among the city’s top addresses. The coffee house and the atmospheric ‘Romanow’ bar round off the hotel’s facilities.
The hotel offers 126 rooms in various categories, ranging from modern, contemporary comfort rooms to the Tsar’s Suite with a whirlpool bath. All rooms are air-conditioned and feature a private safe, minibar, cable TV, telephone with voicemail, free Wi-Fi and a trouser press. Some bathrooms are equipped with a shower or bath, a hairdryer and a bidet. A Finnish sauna, a steam sauna and fitness equipment are available to hotel guests free of charge.
